2013 Illustrated Calendar Contest

Announcing our 2013 NOSCBWI Calendar Contest! Illustrators, you did a great job last year, so we are looking forward to another great showcase of your talent this time around!
 
Create up to two illustrations for any month(s) and submit them to me by e-mail by September 20 OR bring a hard *copy* to the annual conference by 4 p.m., September 21. DO NOT DO BOTH.

Conference attendees will vote for their favorite images beginning later on Friday, and the winning illustrations will be announced on Saturday.

 Everyone will be able to order a calendar at the conference. Calendars will be shipped to your home. The winning illustrators receive a FREE calendar. A great way to promote your work!

Please follow these guidelines:
 
 *if e-mailing, send as a low to medium res jpg (high-res or original will be needed later)
 *landscape orientation, 8 1/2 x 11"
 *children's illustration
 *very soft subtle colors DO NOT reproduce well
