Garrettsville Library Offers Free "How to Create a Children's Picture Book" Program

In this program, Reference Librarian and local children's author Mialie Szymanski will guide participants in the basic process of bringing a picture book from idea to the printed page. Topics covered include where to find ideas, how to fit that idea into the structure of a picture book, and an overview of art mediums and layout concepts.

Saturday, May 4th from 11:30am - 1pm

Event is free and open to the public but seating is limited. Interested participants ages 16 and over can call 330-527-4378 by May 1st to register or for more information.
